Plan the pickup, photographs and arrival together. Give the return journey a clear plan.
A formal starts before the venue. Allow time for photographs, make the passenger list clear and decide whether you need a return pickup before the night begins.

- Passenger count
- Time and location for photographs
- Parent or guardian contact, where needed
Include the return pickup separately. A one-way arrival does not automatically reserve the car for later in the evening.

Can a parent organise the journey?
Yes. Put the organiser’s contact details on the enquiry and explain who is travelling in the notes.
Can friends travel together?
Add the full passenger count and preferred car. Seating capacity and suitability must be confirmed for the actual vehicle.
